3. No Refunds Policy

Once a task has been created or marked as completed, there will be no refund under any circumstances. Once other users have engaged with the task, it cannot be retracted or deleted for a refund.

4. Responsibility for Security Breache

Gotchajob.com is not liable for any loss of funds, data, or other user information in the event of a site compromise or hacking incident. By using this site, users acknowledge that they are responsible for securing their login information and must take appropriate measures to protect their accounts.

5. Task Completion and Payment Verification

If a user claims to have completed a task and has received payment, but a subsequent review shows that the task was not completed as required, the user's account will be banned immediately. We do not offer second chances for policy violations or fraudulent claims.

6. Withdrawing Funds

Users can request withdrawals of earned funds. However, if a withdrawal request is submitted and the user wishes to cancel it, they must contact Gotchajob support immediately. Pending withdrawal requests may be canceled only by direct communication with our team.

7. Prohibition of Undoing Completed Tasks

Users are prohibited from undoing any tasks they have completed. For example, if a user follows an account as part of a task and later unfollows it after receiving payment, this is considered a violation of our terms. Such actions may result in immediate account termination.

8. Multiple Accounts

Users are restricted from creating multiple accounts using the same name or other identifying information. If we find that a user has multiple accounts, those accounts will be suspended or banned. Users should maintain only one account to prevent policy violations.

9. Private Information and Login Security

Users are strictly advised not to share their private login information, including passwords or account details, with others. Gotchajob.com will not be held responsible for any loss or account misuse resulting from shared login credentials.

10. Final Agreement
